Last Will and Testament of
Thomas Sliny of Ferryland S.D.
Planter deceased.

      In the name of God Amen. I Thomas Sliney of Ferryland Planter do hereby declare this to be my last will and Testament. I devise and bequeath unto Joseph Costello of Ferryland aforesaid all my real and personal estate of whatever description of which I shall be possessed and to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease for the full use and benefit of the said Joseph Costello. And I do further nominate constitute and appoint as witnesses thereof the Rev. L. R. Veriker & Const J. O Ryan and I do hereby revoke all former testamentary documents executed by me. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal at Ferryland this 13^th day of April one thousand eight hundred and ninety. Signed and acknowledged by said Testator in the presence of the undersigned subscribing witnesses who at the request of Testator attested the same the day & year above mentioned.
