MICHAEL SLATTERY.

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ME Michael A. Slattery of St. John's in the island of Newfoundland, accountant.

1. I appoint my Brother John J. Slattery Executor of this my will.
2. I give devise and bequeath to my sister Mary J. Slattery all my right and interest under a deed of assignment dated the 30^th day of April A.D. 1925; wherein is conveyed to me an interest in leasehold property situate on Bond Street at Saint John's aforesaid, said deed being registered in Volume 95 Folio 332 of the Registry of Deeds at St. John's.
3. I give and bequeath to my Mother Julia F. Slattery all money held to my credit at the Bank of Montreal at St. John's aforesaid; together with all the rest and residue of my property estate and effects not hereinbefore disposed of.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John's aforesaid this seventh day of October in the year of Our Lord One thousand nine hundred and twenty six.
