Will of Thomas Slaney In re By this my last will and Testament I Thomas Slaney of Ferryland Newfoundland Do hereby give and bequeath to wife Mary Slaney. The Dwelling House Stable & Cellar with the ground on which they are built and surrounded. The property is bounded north west by William Carter’s property north East by Joseph Kinsellas property from south East to south by Slaney’s property south west by Dwelling House and garden of William Kinsella west by part of William Carters property. Also a meadow bounded to the north west by James Kavanaghs property north east by Country Road to the south east by Patrick Walsh’s property to the south west by David & Matthew Slaneys property at my wife’s death all the above mentioned property is to become my son Michaels signed Thomas Slaney Witnesses Frederick Costello Nicholas Stafford William Costello.
