Will of William J. Sinnott In re This is the last Will & Testament of me William Sinnott of St. John’s, Mercantile Agent. I hereby revoke all former wills & Testamentary dispositions made by me and appoint my wife Margaret to be the executor of this my will. I hereby give devise and bequeath all my right title and interest in Dublin Cove Mine. Rose Blanche and all other property of which I may die possessed to my wife Margaret and such of my children as survive me in equal shares to be theirs absolutely and as tenants in common. This 19th day of May A.D. 1918. WILLIAM J. SINNOTT. Signed by the Testator as and for his last Will in the presence of us both present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto our names affixed as witnesses.
