Last will and Testament
of William C. Simms
of St. John's, Doctor of Medicine, Deceased.

I William Simms of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland Medical Practitioner being weak in body but sound in mind and understanding do make this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Julianna S. Simms all my property and effects both real and personal of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate (including instruments bank shares or any other property in Canada) of which I shall die possessed or to which I now am or may hereafter be entitled to for her sole and separate use except as hereinafter provided Proviso I direct that my daughter Marion shall be paid the sum of two hundred dollars annually so long as she shall remain unmarried. I appoint Julianna S. Simms my beloved wife sole executrix of this my last will and testament W. C. Simms Signed published and declared by the said William Simms as and for his last will and Testament in our presence this 1^st day of November A.D. 1888 George LeMessurier H. R. Hayward
