In re
Bridget Shoughrue deceased.
This is the last will and testament
of me Bridget Shoughrue of St. John’s, widow, I give devise and bequeath
to Sir Edward P. Morris of St. John’s, Kings Counsel
my one third share of my late husbands property off Oxen Pond Road in trust
to sell the said share and apply the proceeds as follows:
(1) to pay
the costs in connection therewith
(2) to pay my funeral expenses
and debts due by me personally and
(3) to divide the residue
equally between my four children I appoint the said Sir E.P. Morris the
executor of this my last will and hereby revoke all former wills by me
at any time made. St. John’s 15th September A.D. 1904 Bridget
Shoughrue Signed by the said testatrix as and for her last will and testament in
the presence of us who in her presence have hereunto subscribed our hands
as witnesses, the will having been first read over and explained and fully
understood by her William C. Dunn 15 Hayward Avenue R.A.
