RICHARD BISSETT SHEARS deceased.
Robinsons March 12th 1916 To all whom it may concern be it known that I Richard
Bissett Shears of
Robinsons Head in the district of Saint George, being in my right mind,
do certify and set forth that my worldly effects be proportioned in the
following way.
1. All moneys owned
by me to become the property of my wife Marion Shears,
at my death.
2 All my property and all my buildings on
it together with my goods and stock including all animals at my death becomes
the property of the said Marion Shears my wife till her
death. She
is also herein given the right to sell either my house and property up
Robinsons River or the house and property at Robinsons Settlement and choose
the other as a home for herself till her death After
her death the remaining property becomes the property of my three brothers George
James Allen and Alex Thomas or their heirs. My
Gun Watch and chain and my clothes at my death becomes the property of James
Moses Shears. I certify that the above is my
true will and testament, that I have heard the same read and approve of
same Signed R. B. Shears Robinsons
Head March 12th 1916 We certify that the
above is the true and correct signature of Richard Bissett Shears and that
he signed same in our presence J. Janes. George Shears Alice Shears Robinsons Head, March 12 1916.
