Last will and Testament of
Mary Ann Shea of St. John’s
Spinster deceased

      St. John’s Dec 1^st 1897
Mary Ann Shea of the City of St. John’s declare this to be her last will and testament. I give and bequeath to my niece Mary Ann Winslow all the household goods and furniture which shall at my death be in or about my house 96 Circular Road in the City of St. John’s I give and devise to my said niece Mary Ann Winslow and her brother John Shea the double dwelling house No. 96 and 94 in Circular Road in the said City of St. John’s together with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging to have and to hold the same unto the said Mary Ann Shea her heirs and assigns for ever. In witness whereof I Mary Ann Shea have hereunto set my hand and seal this first day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety seven. (Sgd) Mary Ann her X mark Shea. Subscribed by the Testator in presence of each of us, and at the same time declared by her to be her last will and Testament. Witness our hands this 1^st day of December A.D. 1897 (Sgd) S. L. Ryall.
