Last Will and Testament
of
Jabez Sellars Sr

I Jabez Sellars in my right mind and in possession of my reason do hereby declare and record in the presence of Almighty God and the witnesses of this Will That I will and bequeath all my land and houses and property whatsoever legally recognized as mine to my wife Harriet Sellars, and after her death to my youngest son Silas Sellars who shall not claim nor receive any part of that land which I have given to my other two sons, Edgar and Jabez.

My property on Labrador I bequeath to Jabez and Edgar my two sons who shall divide it equally between them.
