In re
WILLIAM SCOTT. DECEASED.
This is the last will and testament
of me, William Scott of Grand falls, Newfoundland, Civil Engineer.
- 1. I give and bequeath the sum of Three thousand five hundred dollars
to my brothers and sisters surviving at my death to be equally divided
between them.
- 2.I direct my executors to pay to my wife Katherine Scott the income
from the residue of my estate during her life for her own use.
- 3. On the death of my wife I give devise and bequeath all the capital
of my estate then remaining to my daughter Isabella LaNauze and my
son Lewis John Scott in equal shares.
- 4. I give my executors power to continue any investments in existence
at my death and to expend if in their opinion it shall be necessary
any portion of the capital of my estate for the proper support and maintenance
of my said wife.
- 5. I appoint my said wife and my said son and William E. Wood of St.
John’s, Solicitor executors of this my will.
