Will of Robert Scott In re Being aware of the uncertainty
of Human Life I herein make and declare this my last will and testament
viz to say. The dwelling House as at Present occupied by me is to be
the Property of Elizabeth Fiddes Forrest or Scott my wife so long as
she remains ingle for her own use and any of her Family so long as they
are single or unmarried. Should the said Mrs Scott get married again
the Dwelling to go with the Business Premises, which are to be the joint
Property of aforesaid Elisabeth Fiddes Forrest or Scott along with her
two sons Robert Fiddes Scott and Maxwell Scott should
there be any disagreement and any of the Parties will to leave the are
to receive one thousand Dollars as there share of the Landed Property
both in Connection with the Room and also the meadow on the old Seldom
Combye Road Certified correct, (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
