Last Will and Testament of
John G. L. Scott of Fogo
Sub collector H.M. Customs deceased.

      This is the last will and Testament of John George Lucas Scott of Fogo Newfoundland sub collector of Her Majesty's Customs. I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of every kind and description and wherever situated unto my beloved wife Laura Taylor Scott her heirs and assigns absolutely forever, hereby appointing her the sole executrix of this my last will. I hereby revoke all other wills and testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made. In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand this 7^th day of August 1900 (sgd) John George Lucas Scott Signed Sealed published and declared by said John George Lucas Scott as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses to the due execution hereof (sgd) William H. Thompson (sgd) Thomas J. Lucas.
