In re
James Scott deceased.
In the name of God Amen. I James
Scott of Bay Bulls Fisherman being weak in body but sound in mind do
make this my last will and testament. I bequate to my son Thomas
Scott half my fishing room Situated on the south side of Bay Bulls and bounded
as follows on the N and W by local road on the S by William Driscolls ground also that piece of land situated on south side of Bay Bulls and
bounded as follows, on the N by Kelleys land on south by James
Hydes and William Driscoll land on the W by local road also piece of land on
South of Bay Bulls and bounded as follows on W by main road on N by John
H. Drews land on E by William Mulcahey land on S by new Keys road. All
the above mentioned land to be made equal parts of between my two sons
Thomas and Philip Scott.
And I bequate
to my two sons Thomas and Patrick Scott a piece of land also Situated
on the south side of Bay Bulls and on N by Main road and E by new Kays
road S by land of Mathew Driscoll on W by James
Mulcahy land.
And to my son Patrick
Scott a piece of land on south Side of Bay Bulls and bounded
as follows on the E by local road on W By local road on N Patrick
Scotts land.
To my son Philip Scott I bequate my dwelling
House to be his after my death with the land wich I bought from Philip
Williams.
And to my son Thomas Scott a piece of land N of said
dwelling House and bounded as follows N and W by land of Andres
Mulcahey on E by local road, Boundary line to run in a straight
line with N end of said dwelling House. In consideration of wich my two
sons Thomas
Scott will pay me wile I live twenty Dollars per year and Philip
Scott twenty
dollars a year, said amounts to be paid October 1st 1909.
And if I die before said date the said amount to be paid to Father
Roche for Masses for me and my wife Margaret Scott. I lave to my two daughters
Mary Carew, and Jane Mochler one cow to be sold when sailable the proceeds
to be maid equal parts of. To my daughter Jane Mockler I leave my bead
and beading James Scott James Burke John
