Will of Elizabeth Scanlon In re I, Elizabeth Scanlon, of Harbor Grace, in the Dominion of Newfoundland Widow, do hereby make, publish and declare this my last Will and Testament: FIRST:- I order and direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as convenient after my decease. SECOND:- I give and devise the house in which I now live, the land on which it stands and all that is connected with it, together with all and every article of furniture and other effects, which were deeded to me by late husband, Patrick Scanlon, on the 5th day of February, 1904, to my sister, Mary Griffin, wife of John Griffin, and to Wm. M. O’Connor, my nephew, both of Harbor Grave, aforesaid, equally between them. THIRD:- I nominate and appoint my said nephew, William M. O’Connor, the executor of this my last Will and testament. Signed and sealed this 19th day of March. 1918. ELIZABETH SCANLON. Signed, sealed and declared by Elizabeth Scanlon, the testatrix, as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses this 19th day of March. 1918.
