Will of William J. Savin In re I, William J. Savin of St. John’s, formerly Store-Keeper with the Anglo American Telegraph Company, do hereby revoke all other former Wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me, and declare this to be my last Will Testament, after the payment of all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses, I give, devise and bequeath as follows:-
I appoint the said Margaret Murphy executrix of this my Will. St. John’s September 26th. 1922. W. J. SAVIN. Signed Published and Declared the said Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in our presence who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
