Will of Edwin H. Saville from Newfoundland will books volume 5 page 329 probate year 1888 Last will and Testament I Edwin H. Saville of St. John's General Manager of the Newfoundland Railway do make publish and declare this as and for my last will and Testament. First. I direct that all my just debts, funeral, and Testamentary expenses shall be paid. Second. I give and bequeath to Mrs. Rebecca Jane Taylor my house-keeper now living with me all my household furniture and effects in the house in which I now live, to be taken by her for her own use, and in addition to her ten months wages at ten dollars per month now due by me to her. Third. I give and bequeath to my wife Eleanor A. Saville now at Concord in the state of New Hampshire all the rest, residue and remainder of my goods, moneys property and effects whatsoever and wheresoever situate. Fourth. I appoint Robert J. Kent of St. John's Solicitor as executor of this my will, and lastly I do hereby revoke all wills by me heretofore made. Dated at St. John's this 7th day of November A.D. 1888. Edwin H.
