Last Will and Testament of
Margaret Savage of St. John's
Widow deceased.
This is the last will and Testament of me Margaret
Savage, Widow of Michael Savage formerly of St. John's policeman deceased.
I give devise and bequeath all the property of which I may die possessed as
follows
1. The farm belonging to me situate at Logy Bay I give to
my two sons Michael and John to be held by them jointly.
2. All my
household effects I give to my daughter Hannah with the exception of my best
bed and bedding which I give unto my son Coleman.
3. All the money
of which I die possessed after the payment of my debts I give as follows, half
to my daughter Hannah and the remaining half to be equally divided between
my two daughters Margaret Fitzgerald and Bridget Manning and my son Coleman.
I
appoint my daughter Hannah Executrix of this my will. Dated this fifth day
of April A.D. 1901. (Sgd) Margaret Savage. Signed by the said Testator as & for
her last will & Testament in the presence of us who in her presence, at
her request & in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our
names as witnesses. (Sgd) Nicholas Neary. (Sgd) Geo.

I certify the foregoing to be a correct
copy of the last will and Testament of Margaret Savage deceased
