      Aquaforth    Dec. 12^th 1896 I Robert Saunders now living at Aquaforth do in order to settle the succession of the fourth part of my Father’s property and to prevent any disputes thereanent after my death do hereby bequeath to Marg & Pat Saunders what land property do come to my share and my part of the building waterside I bequeath to my sister Mary Healey also the right of way to and from that said waterside the same as always While my mother lives she holds this property not till after her death it cant be shared then each parties mentioned is to get their lot
