The last Will of Jessie Saunders
late of St. John's, Spinster, deceased.

      This is the last will and testament of me Jessie Saunders of Saint John's in the Island of Newfoundland, Spinster I devise and bequeath all the real and personal estate to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease to my sister Anna Saunders of Saint John's aforesaid Spinster and after her death to my sister Marion wife of Samuel Boone of Saint John's aforesaid and my sister Eliza wife of John Wills of Troy in the State of New York one of the United States of America to be equally divided between them for their use and benefit during their natural life and after their decease to my nephew Gordon Valentine Boone and I appoint my sister the said Anna Saunders sole executrix of this my will revoking all other Testamentary writings. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Fourteenth day of July A.D. one thousand eight hundred and eighty seven. Jessie Saunders. Signed by the said testator as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at her request in her sight and presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as attesting witnesses.
