      Peter Samways          deceased.

      Twillingate, Newfoundland, November 19^th 1902       This is the last will and Testament of me Peter Samways of North Side Twillingate, Newfoundland.    I give and devise all my Estate and Effects real and personal of which I may die possessed or entitled unto my son William Marshall Samways (at present living at St. John’s Newfoundland) absolutely, And I appoint my son sole executor of this my will. I also give and bequeath to my said son, whatever monies there may be deposited in my name in the Bank at St. John’s and also what monies I may have in possession at the time of my decease, funeral expenses and any small debts being paid out of the same. In witness thereto I have set my hand this 19^th day of Nov 1902 Peter Samways Signed by the Testator in the joint presence of us who thereupon signed our names in his and each others presence Fredk.
