Will of James Samson In re Last Will and Testament of James Samson. I James Samson, Fisherman of Flat Island, Bonavista Bay, being of sound mind and memory hereby make this my last Will and Testament. I give and bequeath to my nephew James Sidney Samson, my dwelling house and contents of said dwelling house. It is my wish however that one blue painted chest and my bedding and bed should not be removed from said dwelling house or sold. I give and bequeath to my nephews, James Sidney Samson, and Garland Samson my stage, Store, Waterside premises and land, same to be divided equally between them. My
Salmon nets and gear for the same I bequeath as follows - I hereby appoint James Hallett to be sole executor of this my last Will and Testament. Any money which may be left by me in my house I give and bequeath to Sarah Hallett and Adelaide Butt same to be divided equally between them.
