Will of Mary Sage from Newfoundland will books volume 5 pages 68-69 probate year 1886

Last will and Testament of
Mary Sage of St. John's widow

I Mary Sage of St. John's widow declare this to be my last will and Testament
After the payment of my Funeral expenses and all my lawful debts I will that whatever money I may then be possessed of shall be divided into three equal parts and one part of the same be given to each of my three children James Sage Charles Sage and Sarah Lewis All my household furniture and effects and all my wearing apparel for her sole use and benefit. I hereby appoint my said son James Sage to be my executor. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 19th day of June AD. 1886 - Mary Sage - Subscribed by the Testator in presence of each of us and at the same time declared by her to be her last will and testament. Witness our hands this 17th day of June AD. 1886. John Sullivan. Thomas J. Smyth.
