Will of James Sage In re This is the last will and Testament
of me James Sage of Saint John’s shop-keeper I give devise and bequeath
to my beloved sister Lucy E Pike wife of Robert
Pike of Roxbury Boston Mass
the sum of Three hundred dollars. To His Grace Archbishop Howley the
sum of forty dollars for a High Mass for the repose of my soul. To my
executor hereinafter named the sum of seventy dollars for a monument
and iron railing to be erected at Mount Carmel Cemetery. Certified correct, (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
