Last will and Testament of Mary
Anne Ryan late of St. John's widow.

In the name of God Amen. I Mary Anne Ryan of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland widow do make publish and declare this paper writing to be my last will and testament and I hereby annul all former wills or testaments by me made or executed.
First I give devise and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Anne Dudley wife of John Dudley carpenter the dwelling house situate on Queen's Road and at present occupied by the widow Meehan to and for her sole and absolute use for ever free from the debts and control of her present or any future husband she may have.
Second I give devise and bequeath unto my three sons John Thomas and Samuel Ryan the house in Cochrane Street in which I now reside together with all other property of every description I may die possessed of share and share alike. I hereby nominate and appoint my son Samuel and my son in law John Dudley executors of this my last. In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name at St. John's aforesaid this 6^th day of December 1882.
