      KATHERINE RYAN       deceased.

      This is the last will and testament of me Katherine Ryan of St. John’s Spinster, hereby revoking all other and former wills by me at any time made.    After the payment of all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses, I give devise and bequeath to my brother John, all the property both real and personal which I may die possessed of.    I appoint my said brother John, executor of this my will.     St. John’s, June 12^th, 1913.     Kate Ryan    Signed by the said testatrix as and for her last will and testament in our presence who in her presence at her request, and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
