In re JOHN RYAN.      DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me John Ryan of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland, Police Constable. After payment of all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses, I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Ellen all the property of every description which I may die possessed of. I appoint my said wife Ellen sole executrix of this my will. St. John's. June 16^th, 1920. JOHN RYAN.
Signed published and declared by the said Testator as and for his last will and testament in our presence who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses. J.J. Rossiter.    M.P. Gibbs.
