Will of Elizabeth Ryan In re This is the last Will of me Elizabeth Ryan, of St. John’s West, Widow, made by me on this the 22nd day of February 1926 I hereby revoke all former Wills made by me. I leave to rev. fr. Sheehan the sum of Two hundred & fifty dollars for Masses And the sum of fifty dollars to himself personally to be devoted by him to the poor. I leave to my servant Loretta Shaw the sum of One hundred dollars to be given to her in the discretion of my executor. I leave my gold watch to Katie Francis my sister’s daughter I bequeath all my remaining money goods & chattels, furniture Stock in Store and everything I possess to my Stepson Charles Ryan and appoint him executor of this my will.
Signed Published & declared by the testatrix as and for her last will and testament by making her mark, it having been first read over & explained to her in our presence who in her presence & in the presence of each other hereunto subscribe our names as witnesses.
