Will of Patience Russell In re Coley’s Point I, Patience Russell, of Coley’s Point in the District of Harbour Grace, Newfoundland, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do hereby direct my executors, hereinafter named to the administration of my estate as soon as reasonably may be after my decease. Item I give devise, and bequeath to my nephew Bernard Russell all my possessions, namely that piece of land with all buildings erected thereon, bound on the North by neck road, and on the East by Mrs Fanney Daws property and on the South by the waters of the harbour and on the West by Mr Bernard Russell’s property, I also bequeath to him my share of the dwelling house and also my share of all the furniture contained therein. Also all moneys that may be in my possession at the time of my decease. I do hereby nominate James Bowering. Ebenezer Bowering, and Isaac Bowering, to be the executors of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 27th day of March A.D. 1924.
