This name is spelled Leah in the will index and Lea and Leah
in the will.
In re
Lea Russell deceased.
March 21 1911 I Mrs Lea Russell of
Bay Roberts in the District of Harbor Grace and Island of Newfoundland
do make, publish and declare this my last will and testament in the manner
following
First I give and bequeath to my brother John Marshall my
bed and furniture and other house hold article found in my house at the
time of my death
Second:- I give and bequeath to my brothers John Marshall.
Edward Marshall and to my nephew Thomas Marshall of
William my house
and land to be divided equally between them.
I do
hereby nominate and appoint Robert Churchill to be my
executor of this my last will and testament having revoked all former
wills made by me. Leah her x mark Russell witness. T.C.
