In re     DECEASED.
JOHN RUSSELL.

Bay Roberts.
Apr 18th 1929.
To whom it may concern, Greeting.
This witnesseth that I John Russell of Bay Roberts East, being of sound mind and memory do make what hereinafter followeth my last will and testament; namely;

I do give and bequeath to my nephew Nathan, son of my brother George Russell my house and all my property that I have inherited from my father and all that I have myself acquired.

And further I do require that my wife and children remain in my house, and have use of my property so long as they have need of the same. And I do further require of my nephew Nathan Russell that he care for my widow (should I die) and my children whenever and so long as they shall need assistance.

And I now conclude this my last will and testament with all due acknowledgement to Almighty God, the Supreme Ruler and Guide, for all the blessings His Fatherly Hand has bestowed upon me, and I do commend to His Gracious care all (all) those who are bound to me by ties of kindred and affection.
In witness whereof I do subscribed my name this sixteenth day of April in the year of Our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty nine, and hereby appoint Nathan Russell my executor.
