Will of John Russell from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 510 probate year 1929 In re DECEASED. Bay Roberts. I do give and bequeath to my nephew Nathan, son of my brother George Russell my house and all my property that I have inherited from my father and all that I have myself acquired. And further I do require that my wife and children remain in my house, and have use of my property so long as they have need of the same. And I do further require of my nephew Nathan Russell that he care for my widow (should I die) and my children whenever and so long as they shall need assistance. And
I now conclude this my last will and testament with all due acknowledgement
to Almighty God, the Supreme Ruler and Guide, for all the blessings His Fatherly
Hand has bestowed upon me, and I do commend to His Gracious care all (all)
those who are bound to me by ties of kindred and affection.
We the undersigned do witness that in our presence this sixteenth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty nine the above mentioned John Russell did set his mark to his signature and did express the above to be his last will and testament. In
witness whereof we subscribe our hands this day and year before mentioned. CORRECT (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
