Will of Isaac Russell from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 568 probate year 1929 In re DECEASED. This is the last will and testament of me, Isaac Russel made this twenty second day of April 1922, in Bareneed, district of Port-de-Grave, Newfoundland, as follows. I bequeath all my lands, tenements, household furniture, ready money, all money in Bank and all other parts of my real and personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever, unto my daughter Naomi Richards to and for her absolute use and benefit, according to the nature and quality thereof respectively, subject only to the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses. And I appoint my said daughter executrix of this my will, and thereby revoke all other wills. In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year above mentioned. ISAAC
