ISAAC RUSSELL.

This is the last will and testament of me, Isaac Russel made this twenty second day of April 1922, in Bareneed, district of Port-de-Grave, Newfoundland, as follows.

I bequeath all my lands, tenements, household furniture, ready money, all money in Bank and all other parts of my real and personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever, unto my daughter Naomi Richards to and for her absolute use and benefit, according to the nature and quality thereof respectively, subject only to the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses.

And I appoint my said daughter executrix of this my will, and thereby revoke all other wills.

In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year above mentioned.

Signed, sealed, published and acknowledged by the said Isaac Russell as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us, who in his presence and at his request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names hereunto as witnesses thereof.
