      ELIZA RUBY.

This is the last will and testament of me; Eliza Ruby of St. John's, Widow, hereby revoking all other and former will by me at any time made. After the payment of all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses I give, devise and bequeath all the property of every nature and kind and wheresoever situate unto my daughter Alice Carnell of St. John's, Widow.
I appoint the said Alice Carnell Executrix of this my will.
Dated at St. John's this 12^th day of January, 1926.
