      ELIZABETH ROWE.          DECEASED.

I, Elizabeth Rowe of St. John's, Newfoundland, do hereby make this my last will and testament as follows.
1. I give and bequeath to James Rowe of Heart's Content all the property situated at Heart's Content and belonging to me, together with all the rights and privileges pertaining thereto.
II. The remainder of my estate and personal effects of which I may die possessed I give and bequeath absolutely to the Rev. Jacob Brinton of St. John's Newfoundland.

I hereby appoint the Rev. Jacob Brinton my executor.
Dated this 20^th day of April, 1922.     ELIZABETH her X mark ROWE.
