from Newfoundland will books volume 13 page 565 probate year 1927
EDWARD J. ROWE DECEASED.
This is the last will and testament of me, Edward
J. Rowe of St. John's, accountant.
all wills heretofore by me made. I appoint my sister Maria
Rowe sole executor of this my last will and testament.
I give, devise and bequeath everything of which I shall die possessed
or entitled to whether real personal or chattels real to my two sisters
Harriet F. Hiscock and Maria Rowe to
be equally divided between them - share and share alike.
witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John's this
first day of February 1927.

published and declared by the testator as and for his last will and testament
in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each
other and at his request have hereunto subscribed our hands as witnesses.
