Will of Charles E. Rowe In re October 25th 1911 I Charles E Rowe do bequeath to my wife Elizabeth Rowe Insurance Policy No 38701 for $1000.00 in the Mutual Life of Canada to be used by her during her life for her own benefit if there is any of it left after her death and paying all expenses connected with her burial also providing a well built and substantial tombstone the balance to go to Miss Janice Codner daughter of Robert Codner Torbay, Nfld. niece of said Elizabeth Rowe. Also all my right title and interest in and to that dwelling No 1. Bulley Street and all it contains, for said Mrs Elizabeth Rowes benefit during her life, if there is any of it remaining at her death, house to go to Mrs Jas. Hiscock Eldest daughter of Mrs Maria Rowe and contents if any to Miss Maria Rowe youngest daughter of Mrs Maria Rowe St John’s Nfld. Signed Charles E Rowe witness.
