Will of Ann Rossiter In re THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me, Ann Rossiter,
of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland, Widow, made by me on this
the 24th day of August, A.D. 1926. I appoint John J. Rossiter of St. John's, Merchant, executor of this my Will. I bequeath to my executor the sum of one hundred dollars to be devoted by him to Masses for the repose of my soul. I also bequeath to my executor the sum of one hundred dollars to be held by him in trust for my grandson, Gerald Rossiter, until the latter attains the age of twenty three years, when it shall be paid to him with all interest from the investment thereof. I bequeath to Catherine Carroll the sum of Twenty dollars. I bequeath to Mary Ellen Chafe the sum of twenty dollars I bequeath to Thomas Rossiter, the son of my executor the sum of one hundred dollars. The residue of my estate, whatever it may be, including my furniture, my house in Goodview Street, all interest I may have in a house in Wickford Street, and the sum of four thousand dollars due me by my executor, I bequeath to my executor to be held by him in trust for the support and education of the children of my executor.
