Mary Ann Ross deceased.
This is the last will and Testament
of me Mary Ann Ross of Harbor Grace in the Island of Newfoundland. My
will is that, first, my just debts be paid by my Executors, hereafter
named.
- I give and bequeath to Maysie Archibald wife
of W. S. Archibald of Antigonish Nova Scotia the sum of Four Hundred
Dollars.
- I give and bequeath to my niece Bessie
Wood the sum of One Hundred Dollars.
- I give and
bequeath to my sister Harriet Godden the sum of One Hundred
Dollars.
- I
give and bequeath to my sister Elizabeth W. Josselyn the sum
of One Hundred Dollars
- I give and bequeath to my niece Thyra Josselyn the sum of Fifty Dollars.

Bessie Godden, daughter of my nephew Charles

at Birchy Hill near Bannerman Lake
- I give devise and bequeath
all the Residue of my estate equally between my sister Harriett
Godden and Elizabeth W Josselyn
And I do nominate and
appoint my nephews Charles Godden and Ernest
Godden as Executors
of this my last will and Testament In witness
whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name at Harbor Grace, Nfld
this Twentieth day of June A.D. nineteen Hundred and Eleven. Mary
