      JOHN R. ROSS.     DECEASED.

This is the last Will of me, John R. Ross, of St. John's, Newfoundland.

I devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate and effects unto my sister - Mrs. Christina Marwick, wife of Alex. A. Marwick, now residing at 1624 Great Western Road, Anniesland Glasgow Scotland absolutely.

I appoint James S. Ayre of St. John's merchant executor of this my Will.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand this 29^th day of January, 1916.
