Will of Hector Ross
This is the last will and testament of me, Hector Ross, of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland, master Car builder.
I appoint my son in law, John Boyd Baird, sole executor of this my will.
I will and bequeath all my property,
goods, monies, chattels and effects whatsoever and wheresoever situate to
my wife, Elizabeth Ross, for her lifetime and upon her death to my children,
Hector Hugh Alexander and Annabella Baird in equal parts share and share alike.
