Will of Frederica Ross from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 402 probate year 1928

In re       DECEASED.
      FREDERICA ROSS.

BE IT REMEMBERED that I Frederica Ross widow of Everett Massachusetts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts being of sound mind and memory but knowing the uncertainty of this life do make this my last WILL AND TESTAMENT, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. After the payment of my just debts and funeral charges, I bequeath and devise as follows.
All the estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever, both real and personal, to which I may be entitled, or which I may have power to dispose of at my decease to my two children, Marguerite B. L. Ross and Jean C.T. Ross both of Everett, Massachusetts to be shared equally. I hereby appoint my daughter Marguerite to be sole executrix of this my last will. I direct that she be exempt from giving any surety or sureties on her official bond as executrix. In testimony whereof I hereunto set my hand and in the presence of three witnesses declare this to be my last will this sixteenth day of December in the year one thousand nine hundred and twenty seven.

On this sixteen day of December A.D. 1927 Frederica Ross of Everett Massachusetts, signed the foregoing instrument in our presence, declaring it to be her last will; and thereafter as witnesses thereof we three, at her request, in her presence, and in the presence of each other, hereto subscribe our names.
