Last Will and Testament
of Mary Rorke of Carbonear
Married woman deceased.

      Carbonear Sept 30th 1891 -
This is the last will and Testament of Mary Rorke wife of John Rorke of Carbonear merchant; and being of sound mind and memory and capable of making a right disposal of all such private and personal property as of right I possess do hereby bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth Goodison Fifty pounds cy being part of money invested by me in the N.F.L.d Savings Bank as will appear by account Book of that Bank.
To my daughter Jessie Forsey Fifty pounds currency being part of my aforesaid Bank Investment.
To my daughter Margaret McDougall Fifty Pounds cy being as aforesaid part of my Savings Bank Investment Also to her daughter Minnie McDougall one of my Trunks.
To my daughter Sophie Hill, remainder that may be due of my said Savings Bank investment after my decease one chest drawers, one small table with globe on it, one glass mounted Silver Sugar basin, one Biscuit Box, one of my Trunks for my granddaughter Flosey Hill,
To my granddaughter Mary Twyne Rorke my gold chain and monogram & Piano.
I bequeath all my wearing apparel to be equally divided between my aforesaid four daughters Elizh Goodison, Jessie Forsey Margaret McDougal & Sophie Hill Four rings one for each daughter. (Sgd) Mary Rorke. Witness (sgd) Edward L. Pike. (Sgd) John Rorke. (Sgd) Willis L. Penney. (Sgd) Mary Rorke.

      I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of Mary Rorke deceased
