Will of Catherine Rodgers In re In the name of God Amen the secent day of July one thousand nine hundred and one I Catran Rodgers of Torbay Spinser in the centerl district of the Iland of Newfoundland framed being very sick and weak of bodey but of perfect mind and memmorey tanks be giveing unto God for it do make and publish this my last will and testament that is to say I give and beqete to my nevue Michael Rodgers son of James Rodgers my dweling house and outhouses and all the land on the sout side of Evens pat road my horses and furniture and my share of the ground at Bobens Pond I will and bequte to my niece Mary Rogers dauter of James half the ground on north side of Eavens Path road Catrin her X mark Rodgers Spinster and I here by uterety disalow revoke and disanule all and every other former testaments wills legeses beqetes and executors by me in any ways fore neamed willed and beqetted ratifying and conferming this and no other to be my last will and testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and sale the day year aforesaid Signed sealed published performed and declared by the said Cattrin Rodgers Spinster as her last will and testament in the presents of us the subscribes William Goss Henry Lacey Correct, (Listed in the margin of this will)
