In re
Richard Roche deceased.
I Richard Roche of Middle Cove
District of St. John’s East Fisherman and farmer being of sound mind
memory and understanding do make my last will and testament in the manner
and form following:-
First I give devise and bequeath to my
wife Mary Roche my share in the New World Life Insurance Company together
with my share of land adjoining my dwelling also my dwelling house and
the Purchased land from Patrick Roche. Situated on the
north side of the Middle Cove road to have and to hold the same after my
decease untill my children becomes of age and in the event of her no marrying
again as long as she live:-
Second I devise
and bequeath that in the event of my wife Mary Roche marryen
again the above mentioned land and share in the New World Life Insurance
Company shall be shared equally among my children when they becomes of
age
Third I devis and bequeath my wife Mary Roche sole executrix
of this my last will - That is all I Richard
Roche the testator
have to this my last will and testament set my hand and my seal this day
April 16th 1917. Signed sealed published and declared by Richard
Roche as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who have hereunto
subscribed our names at his request:- Richard Roche. Witnesses Martin
Roche Peter Roche.
