Will of William Roberts In re This is the last will and Testament
of me William Roberts of Charles of Brigus Conception Bay Newfoundland
Planter First I give devise and bequeath unto my wife Charlotte
Ann Roberts,
all the Property that I now possess, that is to say, My Dwelling House
and all erections and Land adjoining situate at the Gullies near Brigus
Also the piece of land on the north side of the Road leading to Long
Pond and known as Peddles Land, Also the interest that I now have in
the waterside Property near the Long Bridge at Brigus Also the Land in
Middle Ridge Brigus on which my first House was built, Also the Land
I bought from W. J. Rabbitts and on which I built a store, Also the garden
at Pond Head near Spracklins Land. To be held by said Charlotte
Ann Roberts as long as she may live, and at her death to become
the property of my sons in the manner following that is to say Certified correct, (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
