In re
      William Roberts          deceased.

      This is the last will and Testament of me William Roberts of Charles of Brigus Conception Bay Newfoundland Planter First I give devise and bequeath unto my wife Charlotte Ann Roberts, all the Property that I now possess, that is to say, My Dwelling House and all erections and Land adjoining situate at the Gullies near Brigus Also the piece of land on the north side of the Road leading to Long Pond and known as Peddles Land, Also the interest that I now have in the waterside Property near the Long Bridge at Brigus Also the Land in Middle Ridge Brigus on which my first House was built, Also the Land I bought from W. J. Rabbitts and on which I built a store, Also the garden at Pond Head near Spracklins Land. To be held by said Charlotte Ann Roberts as long as she may live, and at her death to become the property of my sons in the manner following that is to say
The piece of land at Middle Ridge Brigus on which my first House was built and the piece of Land that I bought from W. J. Rabbitts, and on which there is now a store shall become the Property of my sons Job Roberts and John Roberts, share and share alike.
The Land on the north side of the Road leading to Long Pond (known as Peddles Land) shall become the Property of my sons Charles, John, Nathan, William and Chesley, share and share alike
My Dwelling House and all Land adjoining situated at the Gullies near Brigus shall become the Property of my son Nathan. I also give devise and bequeath unto my son Nathan all my Property at Labrador and all Fishing gear used by me here to fore and also my interest in the waterside premises at Brigus.
I hereby nominate and appoint my said wife Charlotte Ann Roberts as sole Executrix of this my last will and Testament and revoke all previous wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this writing to be my last will and Testament. In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and affix my seal this seventeenth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand nine Hundred and Five. - William Roberts (LS) - Signed by the said William Roberts in our presence on the day of the date thereof and we in her presence and in the presence of each other at the same time subscribed our names as witnesses.
