ROBERT SAMUEL ROBERTS.

This is the last will and testament of me, Robert Samuel Roberts Lightkeeper of the town of Twillingate, Colony of Newfoundland

1. I do hereby revoke all former wills by me made.
2. I do hereby appoint my wife Lavinia Roberts as my executrix.
3. I hereby give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Lavinia Roberts all my property real and personal including my house at Wild Cove and my three four ^R.S.R. pieces of land at Long Point, all my furniture, all my monies and everything of which I am now or shall at any future time become seized.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 8^th day of February AD. 1927.
