Will of Henry Youden Roberts Last Will and Testament of I Henry Youden Roberts of St. John's Newfoundland Blacksmith make this my last will and testament and revoke all former wills by me made. Being entitled as one of the next of kin of my late father Samuel S. Roberts to the sum of ninety dollars and two cents my share of his estate which is now standing in the Savings Bank of the Bank of Montreal in St. John's in the name of the administrator of my said father's estate in trust for me. I devise and bequeath the said sum and all interest to accrue thereon and all other property or estate of which I may die possessed as follows that is to say, the whole to my mother absolutely, but if she shall predecease me, then all to my sister Edna E. Roberts absolutely. And I appoint my said sister Edna E. Of St. John's unmarried woman executor of this my will. Witness my hand at St. John's this 2nd day of September A.D. 1901. (Sgd) Henry Youden Roberts. Signed published and declared by the said Henry Y. Roberts as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us the subscribers who in the presence of the testator and of each other have hereto subscribed our names as such witnesses.
