In re            DECEASED.
MICHAEL ROACH.

In the name of God, Amen.
This is the last will & testament of me the undersigned Michael Roach of Torbay. I give and bequeath and devise to my son John Roach and to his heirs executors & assigns my dwelling house & furniture my land and barn my horse and car and whatever property I may be in possession of at my death. My said son John shall assist and support and maintain his mother and sister, Catharnie, being my wife and daughter.
I appoint my wife Mary, executrix of this my will.

This testament was read over to the testator in our presence and declared by him to be his will which he wishes to be faithfully executed after his death.
