Will of W. J. Richards In re St. John’s, Nfld. February 5th. 1927. I, W. J. Richards, of St. John’s, Newfoundland, by this my last will and testament, give, bequeath and set over to my wife, Annie Richards, all my right, title and interest in that two storey building situate and being Nos. 47 - 49 Pennywell Road, St. John’s, Nfld., consisting of dwelling and shop, after whose death the said property shall pass unconditionally to my son, David Stanley Richards. Witness my hand and Seal this Fifth day of February, in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and twenty seven.
