Will of Isaac Richards In re This is the last will and Testament of me. Isaac Richards of Port-de-Grave in the Electoral District of Port-de-Grave, in the Colony of Newfoundland. I give and bequeath to my sister Charlotte Ann Richards, all my property, estate, and effects both real and personal, including dwelling house, stores flakes, boats, and land now owned by me in Port de-Grave & neighbourhood, and also the land owned by me at Clarke’s Beach for the sole, separate and absolute use and benefit of my sister aforesaid. I appoint John T. Butler executor of this my will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal at Port-de-Grave in the District aforesaid this eleventh day of October nineteen hundred and one (11th October 1901) signed. Isaac Richards. Signed by the said Testator as his last will in the presence of us, who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other hereunto subscribe our names as witnesses Signed John T. Butler Joseph Butler Herbert G. Bandey Oct. 11th 1901 Certified correct, (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
