Will of Abraham Richards The last Will of Abraham Richards, late of This is the last will and Testament of Abraham
Richards of Port de Grave, in the Island Of Newfoundland. I give and devise
all my property goods and chattels of every description whatsoever and wheresoever,
including my house stores, outhouses and flakes and all belonging thereto (after
my decease) unto Isaac Richards my son and Charlotte
Ann Richards my daughter
both of Port de Grave and I hereby nominate and appoint Joseph Butler
(of John)
and William Thomas Boone both of Port de Grave to be executors of this my will.
Dated this ninth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and ninety one. Signed. Abraham Richards x his mark and seal (LS) Signed sealed
published and declared as and for the last will and testament of the said Abraham
Richards in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each
other have hereunto set our hands as witness thereto on the ninth day of July
one thousand eight hundred and ninety one. Note the said will was read over
to the said Testator in our presence before he signed it I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will of Abraham Richards D. M. Browning (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
